The ELLIPSE Aluminium Planter from Adezz, is a curved raised garden bed designed for modern outdoor spaces, suitable for both residential and commercial landscaping. Its no base design allows plants, including vegetables, shrubs, and trees, to root directly into the ground, improving drainage and supporting healthier, more natural growth.
Made from 3mm thick aluminium as standard, with 4mm and 5mm options available, the ELLIPSE is strong, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant. The double-folded top edge adds rigidity and a clean finish, while a durable powder-coated surface ensures long-lasting protection in all weather conditions. Available in a range of colours, it can be tailored to suit any garden design or planting scheme.

DELIVERY. Some sizes are available from stock within our standard delivery time. Other sizes (particularly the larger items )are made to order so delivery time can be up to 6 weeks. Please check before ordering to confirm delivery time
Please note, for items over 2 meters in length, you are responsible for unloading from the lorry at the point of delivery. These items cannot be unloaded via a standard tail lift and will be delivered with a single driver. If you do not have access to a forklift or unloading facilities, please contact us and we will try to assist you.

Delivery is to mainland UK excluding the Isles of Jersey and Guernsey.
IMPORTANT: There will be extra charges for any deliveries offshore – except the Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.
Delivery time for products in stock is 7-12 working days. Unforeseen circumstances may occur which may delay a delivery. Consequential costs cannot be claimed. Partial deliveries for multiple items are not possible
Deliveries are kerbside only. You must be present for offloading. You will be contacted by our courier or us by phone or text to arrange and confirm a day that is suitable for delivery. If you are not present to receive the delivery, a redelivery charge may apply. In case of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect details being provided additional transport costs may be charged.
The address must be accessible with an 18 ton lorry with a tail lift (similar to the image below). Lorry dimensions are typically 8-10m long, 2.5m tall and 2.5m wide.

The delivery costs that apply per order are:
FREE DELIVERY on orders over £950
- Parcel deliveries via DHL; will have a charge of £12.00 per order. Maximum 4 products per order with maximum dimensions of 600x600x600mm - 1000x400x400mm – bowls up to 800mm, Maximum 30kg per product)
- Pallet deliveries via Dachser ; will have a charge of £50 per order
SURCHARGES - Minimum order amount
- Parcel deliveries via DHL will have a surcharge of £10 for orders under £100
- Pallet deliveries via Dachser will have a surcharge of £40 for orders under £650
Pallet deliveries: Deliveries are made between 8.30 - 5.00, it is not possible to specify a time. Our courier will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery day. The courier will not attempt delivery until contact has been made with you. Please ensure that you point out any potential delivery issues, such as restricted access, at this time. Actions required to overcome delivery issues may be chargeable to you, particularly if only discovered on the day of delivery.
Parcel deliveries: No delivery appointment will be made for orders that will be delivered by DHL. You will receive an email from DHL with the tracking details.
Returns: You can return your order up to 14 days after delivery
Please note that you are responsible for arranging the return of your order and for the costs of returning your order to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error. All return items must have original tags and packaging; and not been used or modified in any way.
Please unpack and remove all packing and inspect for any damages. Any damage or issues with your delivery must be reported within 48hours of receiving,
We cannot accept returns on any made-to-order products.
Why Aluminium witout base?
The same quality as our standard planter range just without the bottom plate. This enables you to use them in planting schemes of set within hard landscaping areas.
Aluminium is very lightweight. These aluminium planters can be left outside all year round without damage, even in freezing temperatures. That means that you can enjoy this planter for many years to come.
Once constructed, the planter is given several finishing treatments. The metal is roughened to allow better adhesion of the powder coating. This powder coating is available in a variety of colours and is applied with a strong adhesive primer. Finally, the planter is finished with a hard topcoat. This ensures that the CARREZ aluminium planter is scratch resistant.
Specification
- Aluminium planters are very robust, hard-wearing, resistant to corrosion and durable.
- The aluminium has a thickness of 3 mm. It can also be supplied in other thicknesses.
- The planter has hidden feet and drainage holes. This allows it to float a little above the ground (15 mm) and provides optimal drainage.
- Scratch-resistant topcoat.
- The planter can be customised.
- Standard RAL colours are RAL 7016, RAL 7021, RAL 9005 and RAL 9016. There is a start-up charge for other colours.
- We also supply professional maintenance products.
Important Information
- Products should be unpacked immediately upon receipt to release any moisture trapped inside the packaging. This moisture can cause stains that are difficult to remove.
- The guarantee expires if you drill or grind in a way that is not specified.
- Clean annually by hosing dirt from the planter with clean tap water, followed by cleaning with detergent. Do not use a pressure washer and/or scouring pad for this purpose. This damages the coating.
Planting Advice
- Fill the planter with about 10 cm of drainage material.
- Place a permeable anti-root membrane over the drainage material.
- Cover the membrane with soil suitable for your chosen plants.
