Everything you need to know about our delivery and shipping process.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Our items are all manufactured in mainland Europe to an extremely high standard.
We arrange delivery directly from the manufacturers.
Delivery time for products in stock is 7-12 working days. Some things are just worth waiting for.
Do you ship to the whole of the UK?
We ship to all of mainland UK, but we do not ship to the Isles of Jersey and Guernsey.
IMPORTANT: There will be extra charges for any deliveries offshore – excluding the Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time for products in stock is 7-12 working days. Unforeseen circumstances may occur, which may delay delivery. Consequential costs cannot be claimed.
What are your shipping costs and additional charges?
The delivery costs that apply per order are:
FREE DELIVERY on orders over £950
- Parcel deliveries via DHL will have a surcharge of £12.00 per order. Maximum four products per order with maximum dimensions of 600x600x600mm - 1200x400x400mm – bowls up to 1000mm, Maximum 30kg per product)
Pallet deliveries via Dachser will have a surcharge of £100- per order.
Can I track my order?
Parcels delivered by DHL can be tracked; you will receive an email from DHL with the tracking details.
Orders with larger items sent on a pallet delivery. Tracking information is limited but our courier will be in touch to arrange a day that is suitable.
Can I specify a time for my delivery?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify a time.
Pallet deliveries: Deliveries are made between 8.30 and 5.00. Our courier will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery day. The courier will only attempt delivery once contact has been made with you. Please inform the courier of any potential delivery issues, such as restricted access, at this time (check). Actions required to overcome delivery issues may be chargeable to you, particularly if only discovered on the day of delivery.
Does my delivery have to be signed for?
Yes, both DHL and pallet deliveries will need to be signed for.
What should I do if my property has access issues?
Please inform us of access issues at the point of ordering.

For some orders the address must be accessible with a large lorry of 13.6 meters
To deliver goods larger than 2.3 meters, you must ensure unloading facilities are available. A forklift truck may be needed is needed to unload the goods as the longer items cannot be unloaded via a tail lift on the lorry. Our courier cannot unload these items.
If you do not have access to a forklift on site to unload goods longer than 2.3 meters, please contact us before you order, and we will try to assist you. This also applies to the two-meter diameter water/fire bowl.
For items over 3m in length please contact us to discuss logistics.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you cancel your order up until it has been shipped. After that, you will need to return it, and we will refund you based on our refund policy.
Do you offer free delivery?

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
You can return your order up to 14 days after delivery.
Please note that you are responsible for arranging the return of your order and for the costs of returning your order to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error. All returned items must have original tags and packaging and not have been used or modified in any way.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products, special orders and made-to-order products cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
What should I do if my order is damaged?
Please unpack and remove all packing and inspect for any damages. Any damage or issues with your delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receiving it so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Can I exchange my order?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What is your refund policy?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take time.

How long will corten planters last?
Corten planters are made of durable material that can last up to ten years or longer, even in poor conditions. The longevity of the Corten metal planters depends upon the amount of drainage & the climate. Every situation is different, so there is no definitive answer.
What is the best cleaner and protector for fibreglass planters?
Can I request drainage holes to be put in my garden planter?
Yes, you can request drainage holes for planters, but not fibreglass. Please email us hello@yardgardenstyle.com with your order number as soon as you have placed your order.
Can your planters be used indoors?
Our aluminium and fibreglass planters can both be used indoors.

What is corten steel?
Corten Steel, also known as weather-resistant steel, is a robust steel alloy. When Corten Steel is exposed to the elements, it will naturally weather and develop a protective layer of rust. This natural coating of rust protects against further corrosion. Our Corten Steel products are delivered in an un-rusted state, and the weathering process will take about 4-5 months to complete.

Does the rusting process of corten create staining?
A fine layer of rust can stain run-off water that could mark hard surfaces and paving.
Can I accelerate the rusting process of corten steel?
Yes, use our rust accelerator, and your Corten product will have a characteristic rust finish within a few days.
Products - Water features

Do the water tables come with an instruction manual?
Yes, your installation and product information will be emailed to you after you have purchased from us.
Do I need a water or power supply for my water table?
Yes, you will need a power supply for your water table, but you only need to fill it with water once installed, so you don’t need a permanent water supply. The water tables and blocks are supplied, including a pump and LED light (cold white).
Water tables are delivered with Euro plugs and must be adapted or changed. We highly recommend you use a qualified electrician to do this.
How do I maintain and clean my water feature?
Clean your water feature annually by spraying any coarse dirt off the product using tap water and a hose.
We recommend cleaning your aluminium water feature twice a year using our bio cleaner and protector.
Over the winter months, always remove the plug from the power socket in case of frost. Lower the water level to at least 10cm below the edge, ensuring the pump remains submerged. A pond de-icer is recommended (for sale at any garden centre or DIY store). The pump can remain in the water if the abovementioned conditions are met. You can also remove the pump from the pond and allow it to overwinter underwater in a frost-free place

How should I light my fire feature?
Start with firelighters and place small pieces of dry wood on top. Light the firelighters. Once the fire is burning, you can slowly increase the size of the firewood
Are Gas bottles included for gas-fired products?
No, gas bottles are not included in our gas-fired products.
