Make the tastiest pizzas with our wood-fired oven. Bake with friends and family and enjoy delicious food together. Two pizzas can be cooked in the DOME wood-fired oven at once and will be ready in just a few minutes.

The oven's round dome not only gives it a robust look – it also ensures optimal air circulation. To use the oven, first heat the stone by lighting a fire. Next, place the burning wood to the side at the back of the oven. The hot air will rise through the dome to the flue. The heat circulates above your pizza, creating the optimal conditions for cooking. The ceramic pizza stone retains heat well. The DOME has all the right ingredients for a tasty pizza!

  • The grill plate is made of 10-mm thick S235 steel.
  • The grill will reach a cooking temperature of 275-300°C about 15–25 minutes after the fire is lit.
  • Flue accessories are available

Important Info

  • Products should be unpacked immediately upon receipt to release any moisture trapped inside the packaging. This moisture can cause stains that are difficult to remove.
  • The grill functions optimally after it has been used once or twice, allowing the oil to 'season' the plate. Allowing the oil to 'burn in' protects the grill from rusting when not in use and makes cooking easier.
  • After use, store in a dry place or cover with our cover plate.
  • We do not recommend using corten steel within 2 km of a coastline.
  • We recommend using vegetable oils with a higher smoke point, such as groundnut oil or sunflower oil, to cook on the grill plate.
  • The weathering process may cause rust run-off.
  • Rust can be fixed by applying Owatrol. This is a penetrating rust inhibitor that forms a protective anti-rust coating. Owatrol protects the product and stops the rust on corten steel flaking off.
  • Clean annually by hosing off dirt with clean tap water.

Safety Advice

  • Choose a safe location. Make sure the fire is far enough away from buildings and other equipment.
  • Place on a stable, flat surface.
  • When you are done, make sure the fire is completely extinguished before you go.
